How long dose it take for paint to completely cure/dry? I am thinking with the temp around 50 almost no sunshine to put it out in, 1 month?

O.K from looking at pics and posts on this site i see that most choke assys are removed and no air filters installed. Here's the dumb question. If you have no choke and an air filter how the heck you get your engine started, or do you just wing it without the filter and hand ckoke the :censure:?
