Has anyone got a 1" live axle, 10" or more long, with a 1/4" keyway? I am in UK.

I am using a 1" live axle on my latest build and need a wheel hub and rim/wheel to fit it. It can't really be over 3 1/2" wide, and needs to be capable of fitting a 14 inch diameter tire to it. Hubs are quite easy to find, but I need rims to fit them. What is a good bolt circle to use?
