New to the forum. I have a mini that I have been upgrading.
I cannot get the jet out of my carb. I am about to destroy the copper slot on this jet. I thought my screwdriver was just right... But I can see now that it was a bit too thick.
I bet the emulsion tube is going to be stuck in...
Starting to unbolt my rear tire for removal , got the brakes disconnected and all bolts off. Now how do I take the tire and rim off the frame ? The axle goes threw the holes on each side of the frame but is to long to push through to get out. Do I have to hammer the axle out first or something ...
I really don't want to remove the forks because they will fall out:laugh: My question is, how do they stay in the fork tubes:shrug: I had the bike up on a milk crate and they fell out:laugh: I see there is holes in the forks but I don't see where the bolts go.:out: A little help please:thumbsup:

I got my Nova stared- now - how to remove the chain- Can I just remove the chain guard- drop the rear tire and the remove the chain from the front and rar sprockets? what about chain tension? OR can I oil the chain in place by hand? thanks in advance-
Just thought I'd share the trick I used to remove the stationary half of the primary clutch on my 2-cylinder Kohler 2-stroke.
The stationary half of the primary is often stuck on the tapered end of the crankshaft and a clutch knock off tool is needed to remove it without damaging it.

Greetings! Just got my first mini bike (at the age of 39). I want to put in a new motor, but was unsure of the removal of the clutch. It looks like it is press on with a key slot. Did not want to start yanking on it till I knew for sure.
