I can loosen the one on right but not the one going thru exhuast! Tried liquid wrench ,wd40 etc.... Just can't get it to move? I don't want to strip it!
I have an older Tec H60 that needs to have the crankshaft center drilled and tapped for a clutch retainer bolt and washer. Does anyone know if the crankshaft would need to be removed for this or can it be drilled while still installed ? Thank you very much.

Is there a trick to this? All 6 bolts are so tight that the allen wrench is stripping the heads (only stripped one head, the other 5 are on the verge). Yes, i have the correct size wrench.

Trying to remove the neck bearings to paint a frame. In the past I've slid a screw driver in there and tapped them out. Not this time, both bearings are in there tight. I soaked them in pb blaster and hope to remove the bearings in the morning.
