rockers

Any body running these rockers ? ...when installing them they come in contact with the retainer on the exhaust side just a little I'm thinking I need to shim them up anybody run into this problem?

Hi guys, here are some of pics of my latest project. I don't name my projects therefore the title. It has a briggs animal with .060" shaved off, billet rod, .310 cam with 1.3 rockers, a mikuni tm28 and as you can see a torque converter. The goal is 70 mph in the 1/8 mile on gas.

Looking for 2 set of mounting studs for the cast type champion rocker arms. A dealer sold me 2 sets of rocker arms to go in a clone 6.5hp engine but did not send me the mounting studs , said that he didn't have the studs and would have to order them. didn't make much sense to me but that's what...

Finally picked up some chromoly pushrods and guide plate. iv been running the stamped 1.3 rockers and black mamba sr on stock pushrods for awhile. wen I installed the guide plate it raised up the rockers should I get longer pushrods or did I install it wrong lol or should I get the rs guide...

I'm trying to get hold of some of these rockers. I can't believe how hard it's been I have been to a few shops and I can't catch a break. If anyone knows how to get them please post a link in here

Will I new to change anything if I put the champion rocker in a box stock project, Also can I run the rockers with the stock studs or do I have to use the ones the rockers come with

Found that the shaft rockers from Isky are stock Champion clone pieces. Not that I'm too worried but what would be some limitations on these rockers? My future plans would be to use these on a fresh gx160 off a pressure washer with the Black Mamba, 26 lbs springs and trick retainers and locks?

I have a stock clone cam, with 1.3 rockers, which gives about .290 lift. Running 18 lb. springs. The problem is 18 lb. spring coil bind at .280. Does anybody know of a spring upgrade above 18 lbs. without going to 26 lbs. I read a post that there was a Briggs animal 23 lb. spring compatible with...

Will these work with a 290 lift cam? Head milled .060, 26# springs. I will be using the rev adjustable push rods. Would I benefit better with the 1.2s?
