Almost done with my all new big cat. I made the seat lift so I can add a storage box and battery that are easy to get to.

old lady kept complaining i was spending too much time on it. So i got a baja worrier on barter on cragslist for my next project. :laugh::laugh:

finished up with the Rupp , didn't do much but repaint black with some orange accent and added a remote tank in front of seat. it has a B & S 5.5 tek motor which is pretty fast for this little bike.

I needed to make the plunger for the jackshaft tab. We will be installing it this weekend. But I have it and rebuilt the 2 speed transmission. I'll update the pics in a week or so.

Found an old bike here with an old h25 techumseh motor. Stripped it down, powder coated it, new predator, new tires and new hardware. The purple and gold are the colors of my paintball team. ut: I was so surprised how strong this new motor is, very impressive for $99. I think I will be adding a band brake and that should be it.
