i didnt make it actually. i brought it to a sheet metal shop and they bent it with a special roller and a bender.

my scrub brake setup is crap but i have a clutch brake and that thing easily locks up the rear tire. i mean EASILY!!! it doesnt go too fast and the acceleration isnt too bad. im only 120 pounds. i can get it up pretty quickly up around 30 mph. the engine is really quiet with that muffler...

i made mine out of some 1/8'' aluminum diamond plate. i payed $5.19 for it and they charged me $1.50 to cut it. they bent it for free! check it.

okay thanks, well i do have a 6'' wheels and i am riding alot in my backyard. so i guess ill just oil it more often. maybe every 10 hours of use ill oil the bushing. i guess thats just the way it is. thanks for your help guys:)

well, im only 115 lbs and the idle is set pretty low so that shouldnt be the problem. im gonna try swapping clutches with my friend's gokart and see what up with it. it may be a defective.

12-60 ratio and i repeated it because loosening the chain didnt solve the problem

My brand spankin new max-torque clutch has been operating weird. Whenever I start my minibike, it tries to crawl forward while idling. And I cant get the engine to idle any lower(honda gx-120). once the idle reaches a certain point, it doesnt get any lower no matter how much i loosen the black...

thanks guys, problem solved :) now its alot smoother. the wheel still moves if you lift it off the fround but it doesnt actually pull the wheel. and the clutch doesnt get hot as fast anymore.
