only re driled the intake manfolde.... nothing on the engine... i have the sock manifold still. nothing on engine changed let me know if you have any questions

Last yr I picked this up and needed a winter project. I tore the entire bike down and replaced wheel bearings, steering bushing, Brakes, new tires, new chain, new rear shocks, new belt new exhaust and rebuilt engine... The only thing i did different to the engine was I put a $150. mikuni flat...

It kind of depends on what mikuni you have.... I know the 22mm round slides have a flange built onto the card that i have reamed out the holes on the intake to make line up on my hm 80.... Then I ended up using a 24mm flatlide carb that does not have the bolt flange on the carb.....( I think it...

Darn. I kinda thought I might but wasn't sure. I would think the oil seals would be all the same on the hm80. Again I really don't know and I believe you bit still would think that part would all be the same

Does anyone know the part number for the oil seals for a hm80 1" shaft? I need to order 2 new ones this weekend and I am 2 hrs away from home for the weekend and can't look at my engine.

never ever drill holes in those flywheels..............EVER.......Actually do you want to know what i use those flywheels for?...................Ashtrays on the bench in my garage.........Please do yourself a favor and either buy a billet.

Thanks!!!! Jetting i left as is. The 24 flatslides come with a 130 main and 15 pilot..... Ran the bike down the road and then checked plug. Plug showed a little rich but ran good (not great). I ended up raising the needle clip (lowering the needle) 1 notch, cleaned plug and ran it again. Total...

This was a fun project....Too darn much money into it but this engine rocks!!!
