The bottom eyelet/banjo unscrews from the casing then you can access a nut inside that releases the rod and it all falls apart ....

Unscrewed bottom 'banjos' with no problem. Now in pieces ready for refurbishing. Thanks for help//

Thanks for that. I did wonder if that was the way they came apart but was petrified of damaging them as they are like rocking horse poo to find !

Anyone know if the rear shocks can be dismantled as I have drawn a blank ? I want to take them apart to refurbish. Many thanks..
