#40 sprocket

So I'm trying to fit a # 41/40 sprocket on a Astro wheel, right now I was able to find a Trail horse hub that fits my wheel but can find a sprocket for its size I was thinking of getting a blank sprocket and getting the holes drilled... But before I do I want to ask for advise, any is appreciated

Anyone running a #40 rear sprocket on thier bug?? Starting a project and want to get rid of the old # 35 I seen there is an adapter for the bug just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on the #40
