Anyone Fit a #40/41 sprocket on a Asuza Astro??

So I'm trying to fit a 40/41 sprocket (40 Teeth preferably) on a Astro wheel .. Currently i have a trail horse hub but I'm unable to find a sprocket for its size -.-"

Had a friend help me make an adapter for my build off bike that worked pretty good!

Dam nice job, looks awesome! See what I'm thinking of doing is buying a blank sprocket and take it some where to get the holes drilled, but I'm not really sure yet

Do you have a trail horse mini bike or the wheels going on something else?
I have a hub and sprocket on my trail horse like that!

I have a Macerick/ El Tigre I'm restoring.
I was told the trail horse hub would fit the Azusa Astro and it does but but I can't find the proper sized sprocket for it

OldMiniBikes warehouse has a 40/41 pitch 40t sprocket for 29.50!
Why a 40t sprocket most use have a 60 to 72t sprocket?

Is that where you got your sprocket for this hub?

No mine came with the roller i bought!
