bars?

I bought some Rupp roadster 2 handle bars from ebay. They are really too short for what I'm trying to do. They're in decent shape, could be polished, but I'd rechrome them. Looking for trade for a longer set, doesn't have to be Rupp, but does need to have the knurled bits in the center for...

is it possible to mount the front forks off of a honda 50, 70 etc on a mini? also has anybody put on a pair of pro tapers, etc on a mini?

Is the mounting hole pattern (size) the same on a 1970 roadster and 1969 roadster? I have a chance to get a 70 bars but want to put it on a 69. Are they interchangeable. Thanks.

I have a Grand Prix Deluxe (Deltek) that has small 3/4" dia bars. I can't find a 3/4" throttle. Any advice where I might be able to find a throttle and dummy grip?
