I bought some 530X450X6 2PLY Universal TIRES By CHENG SHIN on this site they look alot like the Rupp trail tires . my question is how fast can I go without them coming apart? these are not speed rated tires what are your opinions on this?

Why is it that on the new clones and the Canadian Honda website, the gx200 and gx200 clones are rated for 6.5hp, while my clone which is a few years old, and the gx200 on the American Honda website is rated for 5.5 hp?
