So the front forks from have a bolt in the are egg shaped and cracked. So I’ve decided to make a better axles and upgrade to tinker self sealed bearing I will post more once I’m home from the progress. this is the progress I’ve made at 3am after a rd call to Ohio. The od is .620 oal thould end up around 6.250 after the plates are added to center/lock the axle in. Centered the 3/8 harder bolt to lock into a 1/8in plate with a .600 step down to keep it all centered. I was always taught to try to improve something that has failed so it never happens again. Constructive criticism is welcome only way to make things better sometimes is to be on the outside looking in.
