polished up parts as best I could lots of deep pitting couldnt polish out on forks, exhaust heavy pitting dropped off for chrome anyway was ready in two hours

heres my roller,still trying to locate trail cat decals if anyone has any for sale or know any one who can make them let me know thank you,still have rear shocks to clean and chrome.and engine to do

my pto shaft is 2 7/8 and stepped,in order to us the TC I had to add a 1/8 spacer used a 3/4 washer it wouldnt fit flush was hanging up on the radius ,used a one inch drill in the drill press and put a bevel on the hole now it fits flush and is aligned

been removing paint and rust.going to early shroud.going to use a wide shroud extension since im using a remote tank .I use about 40 of the 2 inch disc a build

took shocks apart ,all the shocks I have taken apart before ,remove lower shock mount and remove nut these shocks the body is threaded each end and has a pin securing shaft.

Those shocks are probably made by Betor (possible other companies). You can get the plastic bushings new from Black Widow Motorsports if you need new ones. Betor shocks were used on Rupp's, parts are still available for them.

lapped a patch on the inside of shroud to cover primer holes and brazed them up,bolted recoil on and lots of wet rags to stop warping didnt help had to work it out with hammer and dolly didnt come out well because of lapped patch and it stretched in the middle and would oil can back and forth had to shrink it three times to get it out,next time will do it differently,polished up parts for chrome and dropped them off also polished intake

What did the motor come from? Thanks for sharing how the shocks break down, that's great info from you and Danford. The bike is looking great!

thank you its a snowblower engine it came with a bike I bought owner lost interest because of pto,I was going through my tc and saw the spacer and that engine came to mind thought the step was same as spacer just 1/8 short heres a pic of spacer that comes with tc
