35 dollar roller, What do I have here?

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum. This is a really fantastic site!

I got this at a local swap meet for 35 bucks minus the engine, it didn't look like this when I got it. Can anyone help me identify it?

wish I could find a cheap one around here. Everyone wants 150-300 for frames, much less having wheels on them. My little boy has a db30 that we tinker with, but I want to find another frame to put a 6.5 on so I can ride along with him.
