I measured this tank and to the best I can tell, it's 8-1/4" long and 3.18" (3-1/4"?) wide. It was on an HS40 cart engine I picked up recently, but I don't know if it was original. It was definitely on there for a long time if it wasn't original.
The brackets and gas cap are included. Inside of the tank is pretty clean and free of any major rust. The bottom side of the tank is slightly dented from the mounting bracket but can't be seen once it's mounted.
