The person who throws the first punch is the one who starts the fight END OF STORY. That situation no mater what acctualy happend didn't need to escalate to violence. Even if the biker did hit his car thats no excuse. He thew the first punch and got what he deserved for it. Its funny that the reporters say the police were calling him the victim hear, that's laughable.

I thought I'd give this thread a bump since there has been new news on this story. Aparently 2 of the bikers have been found and arested now and are facing criminal charges. personaly I don't think they are at falt for what happend and I don't think there is much of a case there.

also waw did it take a long time for them to be found, its nearly half a year now, this must have been a hard search. It just goes to show you that if the police want to find you they will persist even if it takes months.
