Aggie 98 Swing arm mtg question

#1
Hello all,
Looking for pics or information on how the swingarm mounts to frame. I have bearings that seemed to be welded to the cross pipe on the frame. Pics I see seem to show a through bolt and nut and washer ?? Also on the jack shaft how is the mtg. there ? Thanks!!

Yes..mine has a long through bolt and washers and nuts. It allows the whole lowers to move. As far as the jackshaft...I haven't touched the bike in a long time so I would have to go look at it. Another member finished one last year on here... CarPlayLB

The front pivot bearings are simply pressed on...and yes, I had to cut my old ones off! I believe you need this bearing for those, but please double check dimensions
3/4" ID x 1-3/8" OD x 5/16" Thick Standard Ball Bearing with Flange - OldMiniBikes.com

There is a long stud and fender washers that hold the entire assembly in place

The jackshaft uses the standard bearings
1/2" x 1-3/8" Sealed Flanged Bearing - OldMiniBikes.com
install them from the inside and use a collar to hold them in place. The input sprocket will be outside the frame
