My brothers minibike. I’m going to assume it was homemade only because I have not seen any factory frames like this. Unless Markus knows!

maybe try some photo manipulation to see if you can bring out more details. What was the timeframe? The rear of it has a Taiwanese built look to it but kinda ends there.

But the axle mounts on the rear are different.

The photo is kind of hard to get any great detail from, can't tell if its a single down tube or double. If its single kind of reminds me of some sort of Caper Cycle. The era is right. Well hope you figure it out.
