Looks like a Rupp with a custom seat. pull the seat and see if there is a tag, on the frame.

It is not a TT500! But most likely what is left of a 1968 Rupp C350.

Was the jack shaft used on my model?

What is the number on the chain and length?

Where is the best pace or sites to get a Tank,Seat,Fenders,Throttle. and Brake assy?

That model did not use a jackshaft. The chain is #35 and the length I have no clue. Ebay for a tank and you will pay dearly for one that is used. Can't buy new ones. You can get a seat from Kenny or kb8ball is his name on this site he makes them and they look original. Fenders ebay also. Throttle can be bought new. Brake assembly will be ebay also.
