ARC top plate for new clones

so i order my top plate to clean up my motor i think these are made for no governer motors and doesnt work with the stock throttle set up so are these for no govern motors only ?

yes, you are correct. it will not work with a 100% stock bike. you will need to remove governor arm and associated parts, along with all the necessary mods to make the motor safe. you can still use the top plate, you just wont be able to use the linkage part of it until you do ALL of the above.

Ya what I try to do but I have to drill a hole for the stock link arm to bolt back on
