How do you mount a band brake to a clutch and are they bad for the clutch?

Clutch brake..

There are those who will contend that if you brake your chain, you will have no brakes. This is true, but I've never broke a chain, or a cable for that matter! I use clutch brakes, they make building the frames much easier.

I like the clean look of the clutch brake system, but have never had one. While I have never actually had a chain break, I have had a chain come off the clutch sprocket several times.
