Looks like a conduit bender? 1mm is about 1/32?? and can't image bending anything that thin. I have used little tubing benders like that before when I was bending up pressure guage line and hydraulic brake lines.

Will do, I have that saved some where. They act like it will bend up to 0.080" wall thickness but I bent mine. Maybe it'd do aluminum that thick?
