Isn't this "the guy" that several have spoken to in the past? He seems to bait the hook with that Ruttman chopper a lot and the price is all over the place.

I delt with him a few years ago....
And the bottom line is...
He's a really nice, actually cool guy! But he is not cheap.
Don't go there thinking your gonna walk out with a "steal" or even a "great deal"
He knows what he's got...Know's what mini bikes go for and none if his stuff is correct/Orig. There Rough.....But his property is loaded with bikes and parts.
...Unless your desperate...and just wanna spend money.
You'll find better deals elsewhere. Just my opinion.
