Hey guy's, I picked up a bird mini bike and I'm in need of a 5" rim for the front end.The bike came with a 5" rim but its a split rim with a hub and not what a bird should have so LMK if you can help, Thanks...
:shrug:Maybe its original,the back rim is solid with the welded on sprocket.I figured it probably had tubeless tires on front and back but i don't know.
Mac is right about some Bird mfg. bikes having 2 piece wheels . I have 3 of them that came that way . 2 are 5 inch and 1 has 6 inch . Both front and rear have hubs .
Bike shown has a 6 inch on the rear . But it also came with the original 5 inch that I have since put back on it .
My Golden Pinto I'm do for build-off had 5" in rear and 4" in front , both split w/tubes . The front wheel is plain steel the back wheel may be original but kinda looks like a Manco ? I'll try to post a pic later for you to see ! I may consider parting w/it or trading ?
