How far is too far too bore my i/c motor. .150 piston would bore the sleeve out but would .120 be cool?

Assuming the sleeve has a 0.075" wall to begin with, a 0.120" overbore would only leave 0.015" behind.

I wouldn't go over .050 unless you're going to strap the block down.

Yes. If you don't it will blow the jug off of it, trust me I know. I blew on off back in the day with just .080 over. It will break right where the cylinder attatches to the crank case at. If you search my raptor build thread you will see what one looks like in the first pic.
