I did this the day before I got notice that the hydraulic brakes were back in stock:doah::grind::hack:
Works great decreased the life of my rear tire significantly, I can lock the tire.
Good solid feel on the lever not mushy like the original cut my stopping distance by 50% or more.:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Total cost $15 out the door from my local bicycle shop.:smile:
Shimano Nexave rear manual bicycle caliper & pads.
Had to do a little fab work for mounting to get full pad contact on the rotor but works so well I will probably pass on the hyd. unit for now.
