Briggs Carburetor: Which one?

#1
First, I am new to small engines. I have no experience with them at all. So please be patient.

I am rebuilding a FOX minibike and decided to scrap the old engine that was on it. I found a Briggs 5 h.p. engine, new and in the box, for real cheap. However, the engine, model # 135202, has a tank mounted carb. I didn't realize the engine had that type of carb when I bought it. I want a float type carb that can be fed using the mini bike's original fuel tank.

Does anyone have a suggestion regarding a non-tank mounted carburetor that will work on this engine?

The flowjet carb from briggs is a better performer than the pulsajet ( carb on top of tank). The 3hp flow jet is a float type carb and will work on the 5hp block. These were the favorite carb of Ralph Bonham, the inventor of the tote gote. They tested their motors on a dyno ( back in the 60's ). The flow jet made more power and had better fuel economy than the pulsajet.
