Briggs Horsepower ??

Just received Briggs ( model 80302 ) ( type 943467 ) How do I know what Horsepower ? That decal is missing ? The shaft is 3/4

The first number of the model number is the cubic inches which happens to be 8 which equals 3 horse power.

I also have an old Tecumseh Horizontal Model H35 45142G Serial 0147 can you tell what yr it is ??
