Thanks guys. Marcus, I didnt realize someone else in my city had an eye on it. Its basically been ruined to fit that engine. He dropped the price but its not worth it for a resto candidate

I hate to see a fine Taiwanese bike defiled in such a way, those are damn well made bikes and made when Taiwan had some really good manufacturing facilities. Too bad a moron got ahold of it, at least it's not another floorjacked flexo.:doah:

Thats a shame what uninformed people will do. With some advise and preplanning from the good people on this site, it could have easily been done without ruining the frame. I know my bike isn't pretty, but I didn't ruin the frame to build it.
