Can someone point me in the right direction for Briggs flathead information?

I want to use a different carb and gas tank on my briggs, but I'm having trouble finding a way to convert another model carb on there without having to make my own adapter. Any information is appreciated.

It's a 5hp flathead briggs, the carb on them is mounted on the metal gas tank and i always seems to find the rusty ones. I would like to use another carb with a gas tank mounted separately.

Look for briggs model 130410. The carb is called a small flojet 395395. You may need to replace the emulsion tube with part #23222 to run on a 5hp (this carb is set-up for a 3hp). The 130410 was a military motor, so many of the parts were not available for the public.
