Carter SuperWheels who knows squat about this?

I was given this today as a birthday gift from a bud. He found it at a garage sale and I can find info online about Carter brothers, but cant find squat about this little critter.
it has a sticker on rear axle that says carter bros and model #1802-3215
Anybody know when it was made?

I had one of those here in PA a few years ago I sold to a friend of mine that was the exact same thing. Not sure if he still has it but it actually ran pretty decent. Can't remember if it had a date/year on it anywhere as to when it was made.

Carter Brothers had a really bad fire in the early 2000s and closed. They lost almost all of the molds and building too. I have one of the pull tractor go carts check my rides.

I read rumors that the fire was arson by a competitor or a disgruntled somebody.

If true, what a novel way to get out of the business eh? Maybe they saw the handwriting on the wall and went out of business the easy (& $$$) way instead of dying a slow death from the fierce and inexpensive onslaught of cheap karts and mini bikes from China...
