I have for sale 2 new old stock Comet symmetrical TC-88 driven half torque converters. Comet part # 204084 they are 3/4 inch bore and take the 5/8 inch wide belt. They are the 7 inch diameter driven unit this give you a lower gearing.
My Comet book shows by going to a 7 inch driven unit your ratio's are 1:40 high speed and 3:13 low speed overall speed ratio is 2:24 so this helps the adult rider out for a more powerful take off and better for hills and a bit less top speed, but how much do you need that.
