IT IS adjustable jet, butterfly choke carb... Complete from the governor arm to the intake gasket and bolts.. Ran good last summer.. Motor wasn't all that so I junked it.. Tank has a couple good dents in it but is solid and clean.. Bolt on and run.. Maybe a diaphragm :shrug: Never really messed with it much..
