converting vertical shaft to horizontal

does anyone know how to do this? theirs a video on youtube but i was wondering if anyone has used a mower engine for a minibike and how well it works.. if you guys have any advice please help. im interested in doing this but im not sure how good it will work.

works just like a normal one does
