In search of a fender that can be re-chromed for my resto. It is 4.5" wide and 13-14" long. Measuring straight across tip to tip. Not around the outside edge. I have tried everyplace and some contacts. Nothing.

I am looking for a similar fender. The closest I could find was one on ebay. I think the seller's name is 'snow'-something. He sells two, front and rear for about six bucks. Already chromed.
Here is what I am trying to match. The measurements are very similar to yours.
