with stock piston or stock flattop piston and stock length rod, the piston would be out of the block so far the top ring would be out of the bore. You can do it with a custom piston and rod but Im not sure of the combo.

I think you are asking if you can stroke a GX160 with a GX200 crank.

It can be done, but I would not advise it.
Cost blow out with all the work required the 160 is a shorter stroke engine with a short deck block.

Ok I just snapped off the flywheel bolt on the 160 crank and could not find a cheap one that was a 160 stroke so I guess I'm going to have to spend 70 dollars on a new one.
