Custom Aluminum Sprockets & Blanks... shouldn't be too hard to transfer the pattern using your sprocket and spray paint and drilling the holes ..using a rasp bit in a drill to make the centerhole bigger in that aluminum ...

"Custom" usually means expensive. Won't cost anything to email or call them, though.
