Ct70 steering stop question

I know its not really a mini bike....but if you have one how wide is the steering stop at the skinny part. I have to make one.....thanks

1 1/8th where to wraps on the neck, tapers down to 5/8 of an inch which is lower part that contacts the forks.
Let me know if you need a pic, or if my explanation isn't clear.

Perfect....is it about an inch top to bottom?
I'm about ready to blast frame and that is the last thing that needs to be done.
