DB30 match paint?

Just wondering if anybody has a source for a paint that matches somewhat closely to the DB30 reddish orange or orangish red? I would like to paint my custom chain/clutch guard to match the rest of the bike.

If I can't find anything to match, do you think black is ok?

You might try the local auto paint store, they should have the ability to scan your color, mix it and put it in a regular spray can. Not sure what it costs, but that would be the best way to get a perfect match.

Black would actually look cool if you can't get the right shade of red.

get some yellow and red rustoleom in the can and take little dabs and try to match it up just make sure you keep the ratios and then scale it up.

I use Colorflo Universal Red from Carquest. It matches perfectly! It's only available in a rattle can.:smile:

red is the brand is called "duplicolor", and the color is called "ford red"
