am i supposed to lube any part of driven on series 20 comet. Im thinking maybe where the pulley opens or the spring on the jackshaft. Or do you just try to keep it all clean and degreased. thanks

use a dry lube and spray it on the hub (The square thing the outside part of the clutch slips on and moves back and forth. )

Then some on the inside where the springs and arms are. then put a light coat of oil under the bronze bushing the belt rides on. Spray some dry lube on the driven shaft where the spring is too.

OK, the driven moves out where the spring is, lubethe shaft there.

Any store has dry lube that's $5 for a big a can . I use a DuPont Teflon dry wax. and it works great on chain too.
