El Burro - Step 3: Reassembly

All the parts have been cleaned up or replaced, now I just have to put everything back together. I'll have to wait a couple of days for the paint to fully cure but after that there's no holds barred. Here are some pics of the paint job, turned out pretty good. There are some rough spots but overall I'm really satisfied.

I work at a printing company and I had a friend, in the composition dept., reproduce it for me. I was suprised how well it tuned out.

I probably could. But I buy the gal, who did the work, lunch for her efforts. I'd be paying for lunches for the next year.

Do you work in label or form plant? If its labels, have the platemaker make some plates and run them out during make-ready. Don't worry about the waste. You could probably get some pigment powders from the ink guy, and use them to tint clearcoat.
