Bator International is pleased to present the 33rd Annual El Camino Motorcycle Show and Swap Meet, located at the El Camino Community College, 16007 Crenshaw Blvd., Torrance, CA 90506. This event features one of the West Coast’s largest Vintage motorcycle parts exchange and show. Please come out and show your support! Œ

Motorcycle Show: The show gate opens to entrants promptly at 6:30 AM Saturday. Pre-registration is encouraged, but not required. Entry fee is $20.00 per bike and includes one general admission and an event pin. All entries must be in place by 8:30 a.m. Judging begins at 9:00 AM sharp. Classes: Antique Motorcycles 1900-1935; Vintage American 1936 - 1964; Vintage British 1936-1964; Classic American 1965-1988 Classic British 1965-1988; Vintage & Classic European 1936- 1988; Classic Japanese to 1988 On & Off-Road Competition to 1988; Custom Vintage & Bobbers to 1988; Powered Bikes & Scooters to 1988; All Original Motorcycles to 1988. Awards presentation will be at 2:00 PM. Awards: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place trophy's and Honorable Mention ribbons in each class, plus People's Choice, Sponsor's Choice, Best Restoration and Best of Show Awards. We would appreciate your leaving your bikes in place until the awards ceremony has concluded. You must be present to receive your trophy. (Note: Classes may change depending on participation). Œ

Swap Meet: Spaces are 15’ X 20’. Pre-registered space fees are $65; non-registered are $85 at the gate. Space numbers will be assigned based on the date your registration form, along with payment, is received. Pre-registration is encouraged. The deadline is September 14th ,2008. Non-registered vendors will be assigned spaces on a first come-first serve basis. There will be two lines at the entrance, one for pre-registered, the other for non-registered. Pre-registered vendors will be parked first! Check-in is Friday, September 19th, 4:30 to 10:00 PM, and Saturday, September 20th , 6:00 to 7:30 AM. No vendors will be permitted on the premises before 4:30 p.m. Friday. Vendor gate will be locked Friday night at 10:00 p.m. and opens again on Saturday at 6:00 a.m. Event hours are Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Vendors agree to stay until 4:00 PM. Vendors please note that the early bird admission begins at 6:30 AM Saturday, so you should be prepared for early customers. Space fee includes two admission wristbands per space with a maximum of 6 for multiple spaces. Vendor gate will not hold wristbands for late arriving workers! Additional worker wristbands are $20 each at check-in with a limit of three total per space. Overnight camping in your vendor space is permitted Friday night. Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages, weapons, pets or open fires permitted, (this is per school policy) Vendors are responsible to clean up and remove their own trash and safeguard their own property. The swap meet is limited to motorcycle related items only. No objectionable materials please. Note: All commercial vendors must have a resale permit displayed on site. ~All Fees Non-Refundable ~

Motorcycle Sales Corral: An exclusive area will be designated for the sale of running/complete motorcycles. Corral fee is $25 per bike and includes one general admission, a For Sale sign and clip. Please register sale bikes at the Show Bike Registration tent at the South ramp from 6:00 - 8:00 AM & place motorcycles by 8:30 AM on Saturday. Pre-registration is suggested, but not required. Œ

GENERAL ADMISSION: $10 per person beginning at 8 AM on Saturday.. Early Bird Admission 6:30-7:30 AM on Saturday is $20.00. Children under 12 are free and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No pets please (this is a campus policy). Event hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Absolutely no general admission on Friday.

Ivan tell the guys out in long beach this saturday about it and to enter there bikes in the show?. They have time to make it back to long beach to race that weekend also!

Can some one correct that?

Its September 24th 2011.

The day before Paul's FunDay BUT he said no problem with that date since its the day before.
He might even show up himself.
