finished: seat, muffler, tank and Moose!

Made this moose style. The front suspension makes a huge ride difference. Just got to get everything powder coated now...
Seat is osterage and cow hide (left over from my chopper).
The exhaust is a subaru 9 hp new from ebay $10. The 3/4 high flow is quiet!!!! I slammed the rear fender to make everything fit and it turned out to look factory.

I changed the kickstand so it is out of the way and leans a little more. The other DB-30 has the top mounted tank to look a little more like a motorcycle.

The intake can make a lot of noise like the exhaust. Putting the stock air cleaner cover back on, or something else that has baffles but flows well, would quiet it even further.

I had to come up with something that flowed and was quiet due to my neighbors. The subaru makes great mufflers for the 9hp. Flows to much higher RPMs. Doesnt look that pretty, but it is out of the way and looks factory. The mounting supports made it all work.
