I have two very slightly used hard to find and fully functional aluminum Tecumseh Kick Start Assemblies. The original old Tecumseh part number is #590489. It will fit a variety of engines like Tecumseh, B&S, West Bend 820 Power Bee, etc. It was the hot set up back in the day for vintage mini bikes and was either standard equipment or an offered accessory for many brands and models.
Be sure your application for fitting it to your engine will work. There are four mounting holes on a square pattern approx. 3 15/16" between hole centers. You will have to use a Tecumseh starter cup also part number #35000A for your engine and these cups are on ebay all the time for under $10.
A recent unit like this sold on ebay for close to $400 plus shipping.
Mine are $300 each plus shipping.
