At first glance I thought it was a Heald bike. But the front fork doesn't look right.

Is the fork made from rectangular stock ? Or is it round ?

Looks like most of it is square, and some of it looks home-brewed.

I could sure use one of those. Looks like a work horse. Nice find!

If that rear end didn't have the CVT pulley on it, it would look like a vintage garden tractor transaxle.
Is there a shifter boot on it somewhere?

Do you own it? If so post some more pictures of the other side. If it is homemade the home engineer did a hell of a good job.
