There are three levers on the handlebars. I'm assuming one is throttle and one is brake, what's the third, shifter?

Yes, in the video I can now see the band brake.
This person is also selling a few more cool toys, including an electric kayak and the "Death Sled" pictured in post 5423.

I just went to BMI to get a few part and they have a death trap barstool cart. Looks like it would be a lot of fun for about 2 seconds.

I knew a guy a while back that built one of these, had a lot of money tied up in it. I never could figure out what he planned to do with it, kind of looked like a quick ticket to the emergency room. his had a Predator or similar engine.
