Pics can be deceiving, especially the fuzzy ones you see on CL, but that thing looks pretty complete and unmolested, and he says it runs. Not bad for a 30-yr-old bike. The carb problem could just be a clogged pilot jet. Might not be a bad deal if you really want a small 3-wheeler. I doubt there's much upside beyond that.
