Got any ideas for this one?

Thanks for any help on what this bike is/was. I am going to pick it up tomorrow for $30 not bad eh. Needs clutch has chain, operable engine, after rigged seat:censure:, needs new throttle assembly. Brake is an old school foot type, forget the correct name anyhow you get the drift. Pretty neat overall will get better pics when i pick her up. I believe it is a 3 1/2 horse or so pretty small, hope it can be tinkered with.

I think you are right on the bike, and the welded on bracket. But I am not sure about the motor, look at the belt drive pully on it.

It's a Cat 250 with a mondo seat.

What was the metal thing welded on for? :doah:

No Clue has a small hole drilled in the strap metal so had to have had something attached to it, anyhow I thank all of you for the help and time.
Is there anyone that sells NOS seats for this bike? What about the original tires and what was something else that stood out about this bike in general that would need to be fixed other than the seat and weirdo bracket? Does anyone have any pictrues of this model, orginal. Thanks
